Our EZ-CRADLE Automated Cradle Strap system allows the loading of multiple bundles while taking up minimal floor space. Applicable for both infeed and outfeed operations the EZ-CRADLE system automatically loads bar onto a dramatically smaller infeed operation or accepts bars at a small outfeed operation.
While used in conjunction with our infeed table the EZ-CRADLE system automatically loads a bundle of unprocessed bar stock onto the infeed table smoothly and reliably. A motor automatically jogs to create an ebb and flow which facilitates placing the bars onto the infeed table creating a continuous, even flow of bars to the single pick without the need for operator intervention.
While used in conjunction with our outfeed table the EZ-CRADLE Automated Cradle Strap system accepts finished bars and presents the bars in a stack ready for bundling.
